Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Please contact our support team before sending any product back.
- Items must be unused and undamaged.
 - All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included.
 - Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for all returns.
 
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email our customer support team at
cs@clitoncoffee.com with the following details:
- Order number
 - Item name
 - Reason for return
 - Photo evidence (if the item is defective or damaged)
 
Once your request is reviewed, we’ll provide instructions and the return address for your item.

Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding your refund approval.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional few days for the funds to appear in your account.
Exclusions
We cannot accept returns for the following:
- Used or damaged items (not caused by shipping or manufacturing fault)
 - Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories
 - Items returned beyond the 14-day period
 
Exchange Requests
If you wish to exchange your product for a different model or colour, please contact our team via
cs@clitoncoffee.com before returning the item.
We’ll guide you through the exchange process and confirm stock availability.
